Shipping insurance

We’re so excited for you to start feeling your best with Optimize Minerals! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.  

🚚 Processing & Delivery Times 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way!  

Our standard shipping delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping can be purchased at the customer’s expense. 

Please note that Optimize Minerals is not responsible if the shipping carrier fails to meet their delivery timeframe. Any delays, lost, or damaged shipments due to carrier error are the responsibility of the courier. 

Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays, and delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.  

📦 Shipping Costs 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. 

We proudly offer FREE domestic shipping on all subscription orders! 

We also offer shipping insurance for just $1.97 to protect your package from loss, theft, or damage during transit. 

If shipping insurance is not purchased, Optimize Minerals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

🌎 Where We Ship 

We currently ship both domestically and internationally, depending on your shipping address. 

Please note: Optimize Minerals is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be applied once your package reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. 

🔍 Order Tracking 

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier scans your package. 

You can always check your order status by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. 

🏠 Shipping Address Tips 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We’re unable to replace or refund packages that are delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. 

💌 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, and we’re here to help! 

However, Optimize Minerals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages if shipping insurance is not purchased. 

If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 days or shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please reach out to support@optimizeminerals.com and we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your order. 

If your order arrives damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
