We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must consume the product for 30 days. If you notice no positive difference in how you feel you are eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, you will see the amount refunded back to the account or card you used to purchase the product within 10 business days.

Still didnt get it
This review is for the mixed berry drink mix. I was experiencing knee discomfort post arthroscopic surgery due to a meniscal tear. I would consume 2,600 mg of acetaminophen capsules and apply topical arthritis cream just to get through the day. After a few days of taking the daily multi-mineral formula, I noticed my knee pain starting to subside. I'm now able to get a restful night sleep and get through the day without having to take all those pills or applying that stinky menthol arthritis ointment. Im truly impressed with all the benefits this product provides without all the artificial additives, I can't wait for my next shipment to arrive and try the blood orange flavor. I did not receive my vitamin with my minerals but your company made it right by sending me a vitamin bottle after I got in contact with your customer service besides that problem I'm satisfied
