Our standard shipping delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping can be purchased at the customer’s expense.
Please note that Optimize Minerals is not responsible if the shipping carrier fails to meet their delivery timeframe. Any delays, lost, or damaged shipments due to carrier error are the responsibility of the courier.
Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays, and delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

How do I take Optimize Minerals Products?
Optimize Minerals: Mix 1 scoop into 4-6oz of water for best flavor with or without food in the morning.
Suggested to start with half a scoop or less in your first week to allow your body to adjust.
Optimize Hydration +
Mix in 16oz+ of water for the best taste, sip on it before during or after any physical activity or when a recovery boost is needed on an off day.
Optimize Vitaminz
Consume 2mL daily after you have eaten, follow the lines on the dropper. The vitaminz are fat soluble and require fat to be absorbed properly. Any meal will suffice or if you are in a hurry drink milk or anything else containing high fat. You can also mix these in any smoothie or drink of your choice.
When will I notice results?
Everyone will experience different timelines when they feel or notice results. We have heard as fast as their first day or not until their second month. It will greatly depend on current health conditions, lifestyle, and consistency. Regardless, the point of taking these products are to get our bodies' nutrient levels to an optimal amount to cover what the food lacks and what our modern habits deplete
Why do you use citric acid?
The main purpose of citric acid is to prevent mold in formulas, balance ph, and enhance flavor. Our citric acid is non gmo, derived from molasses and 3rd party tested for mold every batch.
Why is there so much Vitamin B12?
Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin where excess can not be stored in the body. It is also a nutrient that is commonly depleted through modern habits. The RDA for B12 is extremely low and the human body can only absorb about 1% of it. In order to get any noticeable benefit from B12 there needs to be large amounts used to reverse deficiencies and maintain healthy daily stores.
Are Optimize products vegan and allergen-friendly?
Optimize Minerals is non gmo, gluten, soy and dairy free, vegan and paleo friendly, and cruelty free.
Optimize Hydration + is the same as above minus vegan

What if I don’t like the taste?
We recommend mixing the Optimize Minerals in 4-6oz of water for optimal flavor. If you do not like the flavor you are more than welcome to mix it into any other drink or liquid to mask the taste. For Optimize Hydration + we recommend at least 16oz of water since it is a much larger scooper.
