So the minerals taste fine. They mix great and I will finish what I ordered but after just about a month, my wife and I haven't really noticed any difference in anything really. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be? My complaint is the vitamins. Both bottles were so hardened that I had to empty them into a different container and use a chopstick to stick in the bottle and pulverize everything. It was literally a 1/4" thick disc of whatever it is that was solid. No shaking would break it up....ever. Not happy at all with that. It tastes great but a total hassle. I'll stick to Baja sea salt and capsules for vitamins. Shipping was fine. Packaging was fine. No reason to harp. Just being honest. If it works out good for others that's great! Just not for me.

I have a complicated relationship with this product. I do enjoy it and I've gotten 4-5 of my family members to start taking it HOWEVER it is very expensive. On top of that, I really worry how much affect it actually has on the body. I mean yes I feel improvement (especially mentally), but part of me feels like this product might also be causing problems in my body. I've been breaking out like crazy which isn't normal for me and I really don't feel much of a difference after implementing the optimize vitamins.
