This is a fantastic supplement. Amazing ingredients and combined all into one scoop. I mix it with optimize minerals into a drink in the morning. You guys don’t buy these drinks for taste, you buy it for performance. Taste might not be the best thing in the world but the feeling of performance is out of this world. I really did not feel a difference using this. For me, the salt content was too high. Really liked the taste and the idea of the product, but it’s not for Me.
