Our standard shipping delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping can be purchased at the customer’s expense.
Please note that Optimize Minerals is not responsible if the shipping carrier fails to meet their delivery timeframe. Any delays, lost, or damaged shipments due to carrier error are the responsibility of the courier.

Do they need to be refrigerated?
No. Store them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
Why is their settlement at the bottom?
Optimize Vitaminz is going to settle and potentially clump in the bottom of the jar. Be sure to shake vigorously before taking. If you are still experiencing clumping, let the bottle rest at room temperature before shaking again.
Why do we need to take the Vitaminz product?
