Cancellation policy

When you enroll in an Optimize Minerals subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency presented to you before purchase.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

The initial price, recurring price, billing frequency, and estimated first renewal date applicable to your subscription are displayed before purchase and included in your subscription confirmation email.

Any introductory discount applies only for the period expressly stated at the time of purchase. After that period, you will be charged the recurring price disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel at any time before your next order is processed.

Customers who cannot access their online account may use the email method above.

Cancelling stops future renewals. If an order has already been processed before cancellation, the status of that order will be shown during the cancellation process.

We will provide confirmation when your subscription has been canceled.

Where available, you may skip, pause, reschedule, change, or cancel through your subscription management page. These options are voluntary and are not required before cancellation.

If we make a material change to your subscription terms, we will provide advance notice and information explaining how to cancel.

If the recurring price changes, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
