Product was good, customer service not so much.

I was referred by a friend to try the product after mentioning some health concerns of mine, and searching for vitamins , and cleaner food to eat. I was so excited to order from Optimize Minerals! I placed my order, and realized i had gotten the last two digits of the street number wrong. I reached out the day after the order was placed to see what can be done about it. Not only did I not recieve much help, they told me if it does get delivered to the wrong address, they cannot reimburse me my funds. It was aggravating tbh. And very disappointing from a customer service perspective. It was an honest mistake made, and there was no help or even an offer of a solution. I’m a mom of two kids, currently in college and my husband and I work full time. So I expected there to be some kind of plan set up for mistakes and typos cause I’m not the only one in this economy exhausted. Not to mention I got the bundle. I spen close to 90 dollars. To not get a partial credit at the very least seemed scheme-ish to me.

As far as the product, it’s really good, and I honestly do feel a difference when I don’t take it. My digestion has improved, mental focus and critical thinking. And just overall energy. So I will definitely be buying again. I don’t want to let the first impression deter me, but I do wish you guys put more time and attention to solving common problems your customers ( who pay decent amount of their hard earned money-in this economy) who are trusting you with their wellness.

By the time you reached out to us to update your address, your package was shipped out to you. So all we could do at that point was make sure you had the tracking number to pick up the package.
