I started taking Optimize Minerals a week ago and I felt a difference the first day! I don’t feel “snacky” all day, I feel calmer, more focused, I’m not tired all the time, my period cramps were very minimal the first day and usually I hurt from my head to my toes for 3 days, I’ve had “stomach” problems for years and now I don’t. I purchased two of the Optimize Minerals and Vitaminz Bundles. This was our first time ordering and my husband and I were very excited to try this product. We were pretty disappointed upon trying initially because both of the droppers in the Vitaminz bottles did not work. We contacted Optimized Minerals right away letting them know but we never received a response. For spending so much money on this product, I expect everything to work properly or at least receive a response back from the company.
Since the pandemic - my heart hasn't been the same. Exercise intollerance dropped, and a visit to the ER showed that my QTc (a component of your heart rhythm) was borderline prolongated. I started checking my rate and QTc with Kardia ECG and my Apple Watch. After months of seeing the QTc in the warning zone, I started Optimize Minderals. It's only been 2 days, but the results of the ECG have been profound. Even a lay-person can see the QTc numbers are optimized, and the waveform is way stronger, better (better T waves - the second, "smaller" spike). Flutters have all but disappeared. It's only been 3-4 days but the improvement is holding. I did light exercise the other day and while my heart rate increased, the QTc did not rise to the dangerous levels it was before. I could not be more thrilled with those results - but I noticed something else too - I was taking LDN for chronic pain, and haven't needed it - feeling so much better since starting OM. The numbers don’t lie with this product, you get a bang for your buck with this stuff. I even eliminated my need for a complex shake with one scoop of Optimize. Although I’ve done some experimenting after experiencing some stomach discomfort and found that it was definitely due to this product, so I switched to 16oz of water and that went away. I’ll have a subscription for the foreseeable future.
