Amazing!

I started taking Optimize Minerals a week ago and I felt a difference the first day! I don’t feel “snacky” all day, I feel calmer, more focused, I’m not tired all the time, my period cramps were very minimal the first day and usually I hurt from my head to my toes for 3 days, I’ve had “stomach” problems for years and now I don’t. It’s amazing how in just a week I feel like a totally different woman. I love this so much I’ve already made another purchase for the 180 day supply. I have my whole family taking this! I’m excited for the new products coming soon! I can not recommend this product enough!

Not quite optimized

Like most of you seeing the ads, I caved and bought a bag of OM as I was impressed with the list of ingredients and subtle claims of benefits. After using it for about a week at half scoop, I increased it to one full scoop during my meals. I haven't noticed anything different about my energy or anything. My sleep hasn't changed and bowel movements are the same. My guess is if you have a terrible SAD you might benefit from it, otherwise the taste isn't bad, and allegedly provides vitamins. I will not repurchase.

Hi thanks for your review! That is not nearly enough time to evaluate the product especially at half the dose. We reccomend half a scoop in the beginning to allow your body to ease into the full serving and to adjust. Since you paid for a full bag give it a good 30 days at full scoop and then check back again. Everyones timeline is different and sometimes it may take an extra week or two before benefits are noticed. Either way your body is absorbing them and aiding in critical process across the board.
