Who Is Deficient?
Share
1 out of 3 people in the US are deficient in AT LEAST 10 essential minerals (potassium, manganese, magnesium, calcium, zinc, copper, selenium, chromium, iron, molybdenum and boron). In the United States more than 65% of people are deficient in multiple key minerals. Over 2 billion people currently are lacking in essential minerals. In my opinion everyone is deficient in at least one.
